Rabbi’s Tish & Shabbat Torah Study

Rabbi Steve Mills will lead the conversation one Shabbat morning a month at 10:30 am. The discussion will explore how the ancient wisdom that unites us as a people relates to the lives we were living today.

 

Library Study Group

Come join our exchange of ideas.  The Library Study Group this year will explore our relationship to God.  Do you need to believe to be Jewish?  How does your belief affect your life?  We have had some lively debates.  We meet on the first Sunday of the month.  For more information contact Marcia Levine at (440) 339-8149.

 

Adult Hebrew

Have you always wanted to learn Hebrew?

Do you want to get more of what you are praying?

For those of you who are interested in understanding more of what you pray or want to start on your path to adult Bar/Bat Mitzvah, to take place the spring of 2013, this is the place to start. 

Rabbi Estelle Mills will be offering the class on Sunday mornings when religious school is in session starting in October.

KoCHaTY (Kol Chadash Temple Youth)
Kol Chadash is very excited that due to a grant from the JECC of Cleveland, we have been able to hire a youth group adviser. We are happy to announce that our new youth group adviser is Morissa Freiberg.who some of you may know from our Monday Hebrew School class. Morissa is a recent graduate of Ohio University who has already started to put plans in place for our teens.

Solon Hebrew School at Congregation Kol Chadash is located at 6545 SOM Center Road in Solon.

This is an exciting time for Congregation Kol Chadash as we open the doors of Solon Hebrew School to the congregation and the Greater Cleveland Jewish community. We are poised to grow the school in both strength and numbers and this will ultimately benefit your Kol Chadash spirtiual community.
